Annual Meeting April 28th @ 6:00 PM and more...

2010-04-20

Please read ALL the way to the bottom for lots of end of season news!

Hello MCSA Players, Parents and Volunteers,

It's been 3 short weeks since the ice went out at MRC and most of you have put away the skates and pads and shifted your focus to baseball, lacrosse, soccer…and enjoying the fabulous weather we’ve been having.   But Hockey Season is not quite over!   We've got the NHL Playoffs in full swing, several local events, clinics and even the local spring youth hockey league is underway.  Some of us just can’t get enough!

As the true end of the season closes in on us, it means it's time to start planning for next year.  Rest assured the volunteers at MCSA have already begun preparing (they never really stopped), and will continue throughout the summer to make the 2010-11 season the best ever.  To do this…

WE NEED YOUR PARTICIPATION

*** ANNUAL MEETING ***
Please join us at MRC on Wednesday, April 28th @ 6:00 PM for our Annual Meeting.   Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

See Below
for a meeting agenda and a complete list of end of season news items.

Besides our routine annual tasks like election of officers, there are a couple of very interesting “NEW” topics that will be addressed.

1)    There has been a tremendous amount of activity at the state level that includes discussions and decisions for re-structuring how Youth Hockey works in Maine.  We would like to share some of the details with you and earn your support for the stand that we have taken with some of the issues.

2)    A proposal for giving our Midget program a much needed boost
