Fundraising

MCSA is a not for profit organization run by a completely volunteer board and coaching staff.  Like most such organizations, fundraising is crucial to it's health and future.   The quality of the hockey experience that our youth enjoy each year relies on you...

Hat Trick Auction:   We Need Everyone's Help

The most successful and FUN fundraising event ever!  A dinner event with an entertainment factor that is sure to please.   Proceeds support all 3 local youth hockey programs; MCSA, Ice Cats and Windjammers.

Please help these hockey programs continue to grow and prosper by either volunteering, donating items to our annual auction, bidding on auction items, purchasing auction items....or just plain help us spread the word.

More details will be posted here as we develop the 2009-10 Annual Hat Trick Auction.   To get involved please e-mail MCSAhockey@gmail.com

MCSA Scrips Program:

You may also contact Catherine Marin for more information at scrips@mainecoastskaters.org

The fundraising committee is pleased to offer a new program that will enable players' families to earn money to cover their MCSA program fees.   The program, called Scrips, is simple.  Buy gift cards for your favorite retailers through MCSA and a percentage of every purchase will earn a rebate to cover paid program fees.

The process is easy!

Go to www.shopwithscrip.com to:
  • Set-up a family account: after you enter your personal information you will be prompted for the MCSA Enrollment Code: 4BED55EL21382
  • View retailers and rebate percentages
  • Place orders
  • Pay for orders electronically (no cash or check transactions)
Gift cards will be distributed at hockey practices within one week of order.

Some retailer cards are "rechargeable online" and many more will be soon.

Rebates will be paid (less shipping fees) to participating families in December and March.
